Cancellation Policy

Treatments to be used by one client only. Sessions may not be shared or transferred. Validity & Expiration All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire after this period and are non-refundable. Payment & Refunds Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Package purchases are final sale and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used sessions. Scheduling & Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. $25 fee is applied to an unpaid balance after 24hrs and an additional $25 per day following. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of one session from the package. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or forfeited, at the provider’s discretion, and the session will be considered used. Medical & Skin Disclosures Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and skin conditions prior to each session. Spa-T Time is not responsible for reactions related to undisclosed information. Results Disclaimer Individual results may vary. Package purchase does not guarantee specific outcomes. Right to Refuse Service Spa-T Time reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. In such cases, remaining sessions will be handled at the provider’s discretion.
