Privacy:

Spa-T Time (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, book services, or interact with us online. Please read this policy carefully.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to:
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Appointment or inquiry details
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
We may also automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, such as:
• IP address
• Browser type
• Device information
• Pages visited and time spent on the site

We use the information we collect to:

 • Schedule and manage appointments

 • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you

 • Process payments securely

 • Improve our website and services

 • Send occasional updates, promotions, or service information (you may opt out at any time)

 • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share your information with trusted third parties only as necessary to operate our business, such as:

 • Booking and scheduling platforms

 • Payment processors

 • Website hosting and analytics services (such as Google Analytics)

These third parties are required to keep your information secure and confidential.

Photo | Video | Media Consent:

Spa-T Time asks that clients sign consent that we may take photographs, videos, or digital images of your skin before, during, and after services for documentation, education, and marketing purposes. These images may be used to demonstrate treatment results, for training, and for promotional use including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, printed materials, and digital platforms. I understand that my identity will not be revealed without my written permission and that no names, identifying details, or personal information will be associated with any images used publicly.
Participation is voluntary and client may decline photography at any time by informing Spa-T Time in writing prior to my service. Declining photography will not affect the ability to receive services.
Spa-T Time is released from any claims related to the use of these images provided they are used in accordance with client's consent. Spa-T Time excludes using any photos, videos or media for minors for any reason unless consent by parent or guardian of every minor.

Services:

All services provided are for cosmetic and relaxation purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary from person to person. By booking services, clients confirm they have disclosed all relevant medical history, allergies, and skin conditions. Spa-T Time and its providers are not liable for undisclosed conditions or reactions resulting from services rendered.Due to the nature of skincare services and products used, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services, packages, gift vouchers, redeemed loyalty card credit, or prepaid appointments. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us during your appointment so adjustments may be made when possible.
Provider shall provide Client with the following services and/or products stated above.

Spa-T Time offers a children’s facial for ages 6–12 only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. Any personal information related to a minor is provided by the parent or guardian for booking and service purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. We collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and appointment details when clients book services, complete forms, or contact us. For children’s facials (ages 6–12), all information is provided only by a parent or legal guardian. 

Treatments to be used by one client only:

Sessions may not be shared or transferred. Validity & Expiration All sessions, packages & gift cards must be used within 12 months of purchase unless stated otherwise. Any Unused and expired after this period are non-refundable. Loyalty cards have a 12 month experation that begins at the 1st service or stamp received. The loyalty card must be completed and redeemed by the end of 12 months before the card's value is void regardless of if it's remaining spots or completion.

Provider will provide all Services by agreed upon agreed date  

unless otherwise specified in writing. 

 

Cost, Fees and Payment:

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated in writing. Spa-T Time accepts cash. PayPal, Venmo or Zelle are also allowed electronic payment methods. Any service totaling more than $400 must provide a 20% booking fee and $20 for bookings on services under $400. This amount  can be credited towards the total service price depending on the attendence of the client. Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment, fails to arrive for their scheduled service or is late past the complimentary15 minute waiting window. 
No services will be provided unless payment arrangements are confirmed. Singular Services must be paid for in full by end of session. The payment is a non-refundable. Payment Policy

 • Full payment is due at the completion of each service unless a written payment plan agreement is in place. Services totaling $400 or more are eligible for an automatic payment plan through HoneyBook.  Clients who prepay in full for services totaling $400 or more receive an automatic 10% discount on the total balance. The 10% prepay discount is not applicable when using a payment plan.

All payments invoices, booking fees, and auto payment plans are securely processed through HoneyBook using Credit Cards, Debit Cards or Banking Information. Processing fees may apply (approximately 2.9% + $0.25 for card payments or 1.5% for ACH bank transfers).​ ​Booking fee invoices are issued after the service total (including add-ons) has been agreed upon. Appointments are confirmed only after the booking fee has been received.

​You may not use PayPal, Venmo or Zelle for any payment plan.

Package Policies:

Spa-T Time offers curated facial packages designed to provide optimal results while offering added savings. Clients may choose a 3-session package and save $20–$25, or take advantage of our 6-session promotion (buy 5, receive the 6th service free). Services in a package are allowed add-ons at an additional cost. Packages are final once paid. Only prior to payment can product or specific services be exchanged or interchangeable.  No services or packages may be shared. Any client who has no prior appointment strikes may elect for our Automatic Payment Plan. Any packages $400 or more are eligible for a 3 Month Automatic Payment Plan for added flexibility; however, clients who prepay their packages in full receive an automatic 10% discount on their total balance. Please note, the 10% prepay discount is not applicable when using a payment plan. All packages, gift vouchers, and loyalty cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or first stamped visit. Packages expire at the 12-month mark regardless of usage, payment status, or remaining services. Loyalty cards must be fully stamped and redeemed within 12 months of the first stamp. All services, packages, and promotions are non-refundable. These policies are grounds to Forfeit a session regardless of its package attachment.

 

Treatment Results & Expectations:
Spa-T Time provides non-medical cosmetic and skincare services. Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to home care. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. Individual results may differ and that multiple treatments may be required to achieve desired results. Temporary redness, irritation, or sensitivity may occur after certain treatments.
Spa-T Time is not responsible for dissatisfaction based on individual skin response when services are performed according to professional standards.

Medical, Skin Disclosures & Client Acknowledgment of Skin Sensitivity:

Spa-T Time uses professional-grade, and any skincare products selected for safety and effectiveness. However, every client’s skin is unique and may react differently. By receiving services at Spa-T Time, clients acknowledge and understand that all skincare services carry a risk of irritation, sensitivity, or allergic reaction, even when products are applied correctly and/or patch-tested when applicable. 

Spa-T Time, its owner, and staff cannot be held responsible for individual allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses that may occur before, during, or after a service, including delayed reactions.

Clients agree that they have disclosed all known allergies, sensitivities, medications, and skin conditions prior to their appointment and understand that failure to do so may increase the risk of a reaction.Package purchase does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitations of Liability & Client Responsibility:
Spa-T Time provides cosmetic and skincare services, not medical treatment or diagnosis. Clients are responsible to disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions, and previous procedures prior to receiving services.
Client is responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by Spa-T Time. Failures to follow instructions may increase the risk of adverse reactions.
Spa-T Time is not responsible for complications, irritation, delayed healing, or unsatisfactory results when services are performed according to professional standards and client instructions were not followed or relevant medical information was withheld.
Nothing in this agreement limits or waives liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy:

Spa-T Time shall not be held responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of services caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, emergency, power outages, fire, natural disasters, government orders, or unsafe conditions.
If such an event occurs, Spa-T Time will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, any prepaid amount for the affected service will be refunded.
This section does not affect any other cancellation or no-show policy outlined in this Agreement.

We encourage all clients to keep their appointment whenever possible. With the overwhelming demand to appease a multitude of different schedules, this allows us to help as many clients as possible during our available hours. For this reason we have mandated a "Two Strike Policy" for all scheduled services regaurdless of their price. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment a total of 2 times and or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notification, we will not be able to continue to schedule appointments. The "Two Strike Policy" applies to:


Strike 1 - Missed Appointment or No Call/No Show Voids your booking fee refund. (Any fee not paid for for any reason is automatically applied at your next scheduled service.)

Strike 2 - Missed Appointment or No Call/No Show Voids your booking fee refund and is grounds for DISMISSAL-

Failure To Perform ServicTo prevent 

 

Force Majeure:

Spa-T Time shall not be held responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of services caused by events outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, emergency, power outages, fire, natural disasters, government orders, or unsafe conditions.
If such an event occurs, Spa-T Time will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, any prepaid amount for the affected service will be refunded.
This section does not affect any other cancellation or no-show policy outlined in this Agreement.

Failure To Perform Services:

Spa-T Time is unable to perform a scheduled service due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
In such cases, Spa-T Time will either:
• Reschedule the appointment at the earliest mutually available time, or
• Provide a refund or credit for any prepaid portion of the affected service.
Spa-T Time shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to such cancellation or delay.

 

Client Conduct & Professional Enviornment:

Spa-T Time staff and other clients with respect and courtesy at all times. Spa-T Time maintains a professional, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests.
Spa-T Time reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client engages in inappropriate, disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, intoxication, or failure to follow treatment instructions.
If services are discontinued for these reasons, the client remains responsible for payment for services already performed and any reserved appointment time.

 

Right to Refuse Service:

Spa-T Time reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. In such cases, remaining sessions will be handled at the provider’s discretion. Facial Service for minor (under 18), the parent or legal guardian must sign agreement affirming they give full consent to treatment, and any data collected.

Digital Records & Data Consent:

Client consents to Spa-T Time collecting, storing, and processing personal information including name, email, phone number, appointment details, treatment records, and payment information. Client understands this information is stored digitally through secure third-party platforms including but not limited to HoneyBook, Wix, and payment processors. Client agrees to electronic recordkeeping and electronic signatures as legally binding. 

 

Third -Party Plateform Disclosure:

Client understands Spa-T Time uses third-party software for scheduling, payments, communications, record keeping, and website analytics. Client agrees their information may be processed by these providers in order to deliver services.

 

Minor Consent:

If the client is a minor (under 18), the parent or legal guardian signing this Agreement affirms they have full legal authority to consent to treatment, data collection, and photography on behalf of the child. Children’s facial for ages 6–12 only proceed only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian. Any personal information related to a minor is provided by the parent or guardian for booking and service purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. 

 

This is required under California privacy law and COPPA.

 

Privacy Policy Referance:

Client acknowledges that Spa-T Time’s Privacy Policy, available on www.spattime.com, applies to all services, bookings, and communications electronically and in-person.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies:
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze website traffic, and improve functionality. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function properly.

Data Security:

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. By using our site, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Your Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

 • Request deletion of your personal information

General Provisions:

The laws of California govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including torts.
Severability. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.

Notice. Parties shall provide effective notice (“Notice”) to each other via either of the following written methods of delivery at the date and time which the Notice is sent: Email Or Text.

By using this website or receiving services from Spa-T Time, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
