Payment, Booking & Services
Spa-T Time offers curated facial packages designed to provide optimal results while offering added savings. Clients may choose a 3-session package and save $20–$25, or take advantage of our 6-session promotion (buy 5, receive the 6th service free).All services, packages, promotions, gift vouchers, and loyalty cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or the first stamped visit. Packages expire at the 12-month mark regardless of payment status, usage, or remaining sessions. Loyalty cards must be fully stamped and redeemed within 12 months of the first stamp.All services, packages, promotions, gift vouchers, and loyalty rewards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Service Use
• All services are intended for one client only.
• Sessions, packages, gift vouchers, and loyalty rewards may not be shared, transferred, or exchanged.
Payment Policy
• Full payment is due at the completion of each service unless a written payment plan agreement is in place.
• Services totaling $400 or more are eligible for an automatic payment plan through HoneyBook.
• Clients who prepay in full for services totaling $400 or more receive an automatic 10% discount on the total balance.
• The 10% prepay discount is not applicable when using a payment plan.
• All payments, invoices, booking fees, and payment plans are securely processed through HoneyBook.
• Processing fees may apply (approximately 2.9% + $0.25 for card payments or 1.5% for ACH bank transfers).
Booking Fees
• Services totaling $400 or more require a 20% booking fee to secure the appointment.
• Services under $400 require a $20 booking fee.
• Booking fees are credited toward the final service balance and applied at the end of the appointment only if attendance requirements are met.
• Booking fee invoices are issued after the service total (including add-ons) has been agreed upon.
• Appointments are confirmed only after the booking fee has been received.
Attendance, Cancellations & No-Shows
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Booking fees are non-refundable if the client: 《 Cancels within 24 hours of the appointment, Misses or no-shows the appointment, Arrives more than 15 minutes late, resulting in cancellation at the provider’s discretionLate cancellations or no-shows will also result in the forfeiture of one session if the service is part of a package. 》
Expiration & Refund Policy
• Any services that are paid, partially paid, partially used, missed, or unused are void after expiration with no exceptions.
• Expired services, packages, vouchers, and loyalty cards are non-refundable. All completed sales are final.
Scheduling
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Spa-T Time reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion.
Minor Services
• Facial services for minors (under 18) require a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian.
• Minors ages 6–12 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire appointment.
