Service Description
Because your back deserves the same care as your face. This relaxing yet corrective facial deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and hydrates the skin of the back—ideal for congestion, dryness, uneven texture, and breakouts. The service begins with a thorough cleanse followed by gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and impurities. A customized treatment masque is then applied to purify, calm, and restore balance to the skin. We continue with High Frequency that not only oxygenates the skin, but kills bacteria. The experience is finished with targeted serums and moisturizer to leave your skin smooth, refreshed, and visibly clearer. Perfect before special events or as part of an ongoing skin-care routine. Benefits include: • Deep pore cleansing • Smoother texture and tone • Reduced congestion and dryness • Improved skin clarity and hydration Optional Add-On Extractions If Needed | +10-15 Minutes Targeted extractions may be added to address clogged pores and congestion. This service is performed only when appropriate and tolerated by the skin.






TERMS
Service Policies & Terms Service Use • All services are intended for one client only and may not be shared, transferred, or exchanged. • Sessions, packages, gift vouchers, and loyalty rewards are non-transferable. ⸻ Expiration & Refund Policy • All services, packages, gift vouchers, and loyalty cards have a 12-month expiration beginning on the date of purchase or first stamp. • Any services that are paid, partially paid, partially used, missed, or unused will be void after expiration with no exceptions. • Expired services, packages, vouchers, and loyalty cards are non-refundable. • All completed sales are final and non-refundable. ⸻ Payment Policy • Full payment is due at the completion of each service, unless a written payment plan agreement is in place. • Services totaling over $400 require a 20% booking fee to secure an appointment. • Services under $400 require a $20 booking fee. • 20% Booking fees on services over $400 reflect the client's final service balance • A Booking fee's credited return is provided towards any unpaid balance, soley based upon a client meeting the attendance requirements leading up to the scheduled service. • An Invoice for a requested booking fee is sent to a client only after an agreed upon service amount total has been selected with any and all additional add-ons or necessary charges be included. • A confirmation for a client's appointment will be sent only after receiving the booking fee. • All credit, debit & bank payments are set up and secured through Honeybook. • Pay Plans are only through Honeybook • Honeybook does charge a processing fee (e.g., around 2.9% + $0.25 for card payments and 1.5% for bank ACH) ⸻ Booking Fees & Attendance Booking fees are non-refundable if the client: • Cancels within 24 hours • Misses or no-shows the appointment • Arrives more than 15 minutes late, resulting in cancellation at the provider’s discretion • Late cancellations or no-shows will also result in the forfeiture of one session if the service is part of a package. ⸻ Scheduling & Cancellations • All appointments must be scheduled in advance. • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ⸻ Minor Services • Facial services for minors (under 18) require a signed consent form from a parent or legal guardian, authorizing the service and the collection of any required information. • Minors ages 6–12 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the entirety of the appointment.
